3 sets:

50 second plank hold

10 second rest

20 sit-ups

10 second rest

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 5 minutes for 5 sets (25 minutes):

250m row

15 burpees over the rower (stepping is allowed)

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Note all finishing times, as well as if you did not finish or scaled.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 dumbbell front squats (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
