75 flutter kicks

3 manmakers (choose weight)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:

1) 100m run

2) 7 burpees to a target

3) 7 air squats+7 DB Snatches (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 floor presses (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
