CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets

20 Dumbbell box squats (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (Time)

13 rounds for time:

10 med ball front squats (choose weight)

10 jumping pull ups

100 ft sandbag carry (choose weight)

25 minute cap.

If you do not complete the workout under 25:00, add one second for every incomplete rep (100 foot walk counts for 4 reps.

1:00 rest between sets
