1) 20 elbow jacks

2) 15 Hand release push-ups

Metcon (Time)

For time:

1000m row

Then 12 rounds:

5 jumping pullups

10 sit-ups

15 air squats

1000m row

24 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

30 unbroken Russian KB Swings (choose weight)

Rest 30 seconds
