21 minute EMOM:

1) 35 second ME assault bike for calories

2) 100 ft. Heavy farmer carry+3 burpees

3) 35 second ME cal row

Score is total calories on assault and rower each round. The farmer carry and burpees are just for fun, but please list in notes what weight you used.
