20 ball slams

20 weighted situps

(Choose weight on both)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min. AMRAP:

30 wallballs (choose weight)

15 jumping pullups

30 box stepovers (weight optional)

15 DB Push Press (choose weight)

Metcon (No Measure)

2 sets:

200m run

Rest 1 minute

As fast as you can maintain. No walking.
