Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 seated unsupported dumbbell presses (choose weight)

15 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

Rest 30 seconds

Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)

30 minute EMOM:

1) 30 seconds of max effort wallballs (choose weight)

30 seconds rest

2) 30 seconds of burpees

30 seconds of rest

3) 30 seconds of weighted box step overs (choose weight)

30 seconds rest

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

30 banded hamstring curls

1 minute of rest
