CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

6 sets:

20 seconds of jump rope (jumping jacks as a mod)

10 seconds of rest

20 seconds of situps

10 seconds of rest

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

6 sets:

3 minute AMRAP:

5 jumping pull-ups

5 HR pushups

5 knees to chest

5 ball slams (choose weight)

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

10 single arm strict dumbbell press (standing, 5 each arm, choose weight)

Rest 30 seconds
