Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

100m farmers carry (choose weight)

75 jump rope (sub with 50 jumping jacks)

50 ball slams (choose weight)

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

20 v-ups

Rest 1 minute
