1) 30 second weighted plank hold (choose weight)

30 second rest

45 second wall sit

15 second rest

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 4 minutes for 5 sets:

100m run

20 wallballs (choose weight)

250m row

Metcon (Weight)

400m sled pull (10# heavier than last week)
