200m front rack KB Walk (choose weight)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

25 minute AMRAP:

1 mile assault bike ride

20 KB High pulls (choose weight)

100m run

Metcon (Weight)

400m sled pull (same weight as wednesday)
