Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

50 flutter kicks

Rest 30 seconds

45 second wallsit

Rest 30 seconds

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

5 jumping pullups

10 box step overs (choose weight)

5 burpees

10 calorie assault

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 floor presses (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
