CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Time)

2 rounds for time:

25 elbow jacks

100 flutter kicks

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes:

15 weighted squats (choose weight)

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

5 burpees

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m farmer walk (heavier than last week)

Rest 60 seconds
