CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

Skill breakdown:

5-10 minutes:

Air squat

DB Snatch Mechanics

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

5 minute rowing technique breakdown

7 minute AMRAP:

200m row

10 jumping squats

6 DB Snatches (choose weight)

10 situps

Rest 3 minutes, repeat.

NOTE: new athletes should scale to regular squats.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

10-15 HR Pushups (done for quality)

Rest one minute
