Brief demo on walking lunges, then for time:

10-20-30-40-50

Walking lunge steps

Assault bike calories (use rower if all bikes are being utilized)

20 min. Cap.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets: 100m farmer carry (choose heavy weight)

Rest 1 minute
