CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes:

1) 30 seconds of rope planks

30 seconds rest

2) 30 seconds of flutter kicks

30 seconds rest

3) 30 seconds of HR push-ups

30 seconds of rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

“Jumping Cindy”

20 minute AMRAP:

5 jumping pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats

NOTE: if you have trouble getting to depth on your squats, squat to a box, but push yourself. Lets strengthen those legs!

Metcon (Weight)

200m overhead plate walk (choose weight)
