CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

6 sets:

15 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

Rest 45 seconds

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes:

1) 45 second ME row cal

Rest 15

2) 45 second ME man maker (choose weight)

Rest 15

3) 45 second ME jump rope (jumping jacks if unable to perform jump rope)

4) rest 1 minute.

Score is total reps each round, for 6 rounds.

Metcon (Weight)

200m dumbbell walk (dumbbells on the shoulders, choose weight)
