15 DB front squats to a low box (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min. AMRAP:

“Jumping Cindy”

5 jumping pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

40 second plank hold

20 second rest
