10 Goblet squats (with heavy KB)

Same weight as last week. Goal should be positioning and good form. Assist with boxes/wallballs below athlete to achieve depth

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

Every 3:00 for 18:00,

10 Heavy medball ground to shoulder (20-40#)

3 rope planks

Max burpee box jump/step overs until 2:00 mark

Rest 1 minute

Score is total burpee box jump overs
