CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

1 round:

1 minute ME flutter kicks

1 minute ME wallsit

1 minute ME weighted situps (choose weight)

1 minute ME jumping squats

1 minute ME plank hold

Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

1) 12 wallballs (choose weight)

2) 8 burpees

Score is reps completed each round (max score eaxh round is 20, 12 wallballs, 8 burpees)

Metcon (Weight)

600m sled pull (same weight as wednesday)
