Rest 30 seconds

100 ft. Waiter walk (choose weight)

25 wallballs (choose weight)

25 jumping pull-ups

50 ball slams (choose weight)

100 ft. Bear crawl

25 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

200m overhead plate carry (choose weight)
