Metcon (Weight)

5 sets:

DB Box squats x 10 reps (choose weight)

Immediately followed by 15 second plank hold

Rest 60 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

20 box stepovers (20 inches for all)

10 burpees

20 cal assault bike

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

70 flutter kicks

Rest 45 seconds
