Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

20 second left side plank

20 second rest

20 second plank

20 second rest

20 second right side plank

20 second rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

7 wallballs (choose weight)

7 cal row

7 burpees

rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 minute AMRAP:

5 wallballs (choose weight)

5 cal row

5 burpees

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 min. AMRAP:

3 wallballs (choose weight)

200m overhead sandbag carry (sub with overhead med ball carry for lighter weight)
