CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

10 dumbbell squats (heavier than last week)

Immediately into 20 second plank hold

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes:

10 ball slams (choose weight)

20 wallballs (choose weight)

ME burpees until 3 minute mark

Rest 2 minutes

Score is total burpees each round.

Metcon (No Measure)

200m front rack sandbag carry
