CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

6 minute EMOM:

1) standing single arm dumbbell press (6 each arm, choose weight)

2) 70 flutter kicks (or 45 seconds, whichever comes first)

Metcon (Time)

9 rounds:

11 wallballs (choose weight)

11 burpees

11 box step ups (weight optional)

25 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

200m waiter walk (choose weight)

(100m left arm, 100m right arm)
