25 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

Rest one minute

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min. AMRAP:

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

10 burpees

20 air squats

NOTE:

This is a repeat. Please use the same modifications and load as before, and compare your score to 8-16-17.

45 second front rack stationary sandbag march
