2) 10 stationary lunges

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 5 minutes for 5 sets:

100m sled pull (run preferably)(90/45)

25 DB Snatches (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

200m front rack sandbag carry (same weight as Monday)

Rest 90 seconds
