Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes:

200m run

Score all three times.

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes:

20 walking lunge steps

10 KB Swings

10 burpees (scale to 5 burpees if having trouble finishing by 2:15 mark)

Metcon (Weight)

1 set:

200m sled pull +front rack sandbag carry (50% bodyweight)
