The CrossFit Lifted Fundamentals Course is mandatory for all those who are new to CrossFit. During the one-hour class, you will work with a coach who will safely expose you to our foundational movements and standards in a small, beginners group setting.
New members must take this course to join regular group classes.

We love testing the classic Girl WODs and take every chance we can to challenge ourselves to finish a Hero WOD. In a rush? Our SPEED class is a shortened version of the regular CrossFit class each day. There is an abbreviated warmup and no lifting or skills session before the WOD (same wod as the rest of the CrossFit classes that day), so that you can come in, complete your workout, and get out all in 30 minutes or less. If you would like to stick around and join the 5:30pm CrossFit class for their lifting session, you are more than welcome to!

Our low impact, high intensity Bootcamp classes are designed to keep the heart rate up while substituting heavy barbells for simple body-weight movements. These classes will push you while doing everything from sit-ups to lunges to rowing and more! We recommend our bootcamp classes to those who may be intimidated by CrossFit classes, or to those who may be recovering from and/or nursing injuries.

"OLY" (Olympic Lifting)
Our Olympic Lifting class is a fully-developed, cyclical course designed to establish technique and strength in olympic weightlifting movements. Coached by a certified USAW coach, this class offers a closer look at weightlifting movements, aids in building strength in those movements, and offers specific accessory work to improve your overall ability to achieve higher numbers in both the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.

The Endurance class is designed for those who are seeking to increase their metabolic endurance, train for an upcoming race, or add a little more cardiovascular training into their workout regimen. Using a combination of long and short distance running, rowing, and stationary bike riding, our goal with this course it to prepare your lungs and your muscular endurance for the long haul.

Our Open gym session offers current gym members and drop-ins the opportunity to make up a workout they missed during the week, work on their foundational movements of their choice at their own pace, or just hang out with their gym buddies. Although a specific class structure is not offered at this time, a coach is on stand-by during this 2-hour open session for any questions or assistance you may need.
Sometimes our classes don’t always fit into your schedule, or you’re searching for something tailored to your own goals. If you're looking for one-on-one coaching, sports specific training, or training for a group or club team, ask us about our personal sessions and exclusive group classes. We will pair you with an experienced coach who will create a training curriculum specifically designed for your goals.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have showers?
Yes, we currently have private showers available at our Ontario location. As we expand the amenities at our new Corona location, we hope to provide this service to those members and drop-ins as well.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! They can join our Kids CrossFit class (Mon & Fri at 5:15pm) or hangout in our kids playroom filled with toys and a large TV to keep them occupied.
Can I workout on my own?
One of the reasons CrossFit is different from a regular gym is the focus on community, which is why we require our members to begin their session time each day with a group class. If, however, you'd like to stick around after your class and work on movements at your own pace, you are more than welcome to!
