The CrossFit Lifted Fundamentals Course is mandatory for all those who are new to CrossFit. The course meets for 3 classes over one week. During the one-hour class you will work with a coach who will safely expose you to our movement curriculum and standards in a small beginners group setting.
New members must take this course to join regular group classes. Those who have already learned the fundamentals of CrossFit at another affiliate may bypass the course, with permission from a Coach.

Our CrossFit classes follow a simple, proven formula to get you fit: strength + gymnastics + metabolic conditioning. We love testing the classic Girl WODs and take every chance we can to challenge ourselves to finish a Hero WOD. Whatever it is, you can guarantee it will be constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity.

Mon- Thurs 7:30p
Our low impact, high intensity Bootcamp classes are designed to keep the heart rate up while substituting heavy barbells for simple body-weight movements. These classes will push you while doing everything from sit-ups to lunges to rowing and more!
