Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets)

Clean and Jerk (Sets 1 -5 – 2 reps at 70-90% – buliding)

Clean and Jerk (Sets 6-8 – 1 rep at 90-100%)

Deadlift (4 stop clean deadlift)

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3) sets
