3 sets:

600m run

25 air squats

600m run

25 air squats

Rest 3 minutes


Athletes must run 400 m, then stop at the start line and perform 25 air squats, then run the final 200 m. This means that they can continue into the second round of running without stopping, from the first 200 to the second 400.
