1200m run

Rest 2 minutes

Run these SLOW TO MODERATE. We aren’t looking to kill ourselves 2 days before the race.

After entire group completes the run:

Race Prep bike (Calories)

2 sets:

5 minute assault bike at 65-70% effort

5 minute rest
