Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 sets:

Run 1 mile

Rest 3 minutes

NOTE: id like to see as little drop off as possible. Pace yourself with that idea in mind. Don’t go out on the first set too hard, but don’t leave so much on the table that your last set is much faster. Life is about balance.
