Power Clean

5 minute drill/demo/refresher on the power clean then

E2MOM 10:

1) 5 at 70%

2) 4 at 80%

3) 3 at 85%

4) 2 at 88%

5) 2 at 90%

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

25 push presses (45/35)

25 back squats (45/35)

50 double unders

15 minute cap.

DO NOT DROP EMPTY BARBELLS OR YOU WILL PERFORM A 100 BURPEE PENALTY.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

25 sit-ups with a dumbbell (45/25)

Rest 1 minute
