Power Clean

5 minute drill/demo/refresher on the power clean then

E2MOM 10:

1) 5 at 75%

2) 4 at 80%

3) 3 at 85%

4) 2 at 90%

5) 2 at 92%

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

3 minute AMRAP:

Right arm:

3 single arm DB Hang power clean (55/35)

3 single arm DB squats

3 single arm DB push press

Repeat with left arm.

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (No Measure)

200m sandbag bear hug carry (150/100)

You may sub with two front-rack kettlebells if the bags are too heavy.
