Take 15 minutes to establish a 1RM front squat
Use these as a rough guideline when building:

4 at 70%

3 at 80%

2 at 85%

1 at 90%

1 at 95%

1 at 102% +

Metcon (Time)

40-30-20-10

Front squats (75/55)

Double unders (2x for singles)

DB Snatches (45/25)

20 min cap.
