11 squat cleans (225/145)

if completed by 12:00

25 toes to bar

9 squat cleans (275/175)

if completed by 16:00

25 toes to bar

7 squat cleans (315/205)

Take time to warm up and lay out all of your plates. If you plan to scale, please use scaling options on the barbell that are challenging. Most of you should will not finish this workout, and that is ok.
