A brief discussion about stance, unracking, and ditching weight, then take 20 minutes to find a 1RM

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

E2MOM 10:

30 second row for cals

30 second burpees over the rower

1 minute rest

For total reps.

At minute 12:00:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 minute AMRAP:

7 calorie row

5 burpees over the rower

These workouts are virtually identical, aside from the fact that there is NO REST on the second one, and the work time is one minute longer.

With one extra minute, how close can you come to matching or beating your score in the first workout?
