Shoulder Press

5 minutes of neck stretches and mobility

(Look left to right, ear to shoulder, up and down, circle the head clockwise, counter clockwise. Each shoulder be done for 30 seconds)

Every Minute on the minute for 7 minutes:

Strict press x 3 reps at 75%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

2017 Masters Qualifier (The Remix)

12 minute AMRAP:

25 toes to bar (mod with kipping straight-leg raises)

50 double unders (100 singles)

15 squat cleans (135/95)

This workout is to inaugurate the start of mom’s masters qualifier into the CrossFit Games. Over the next three days she will have to perform 4 very difficult workouts against the other top 199 women in the world. If when the dust settles she is 20th or better, she’ll be headed back to the CrossFit Games. I will post times when she will be doing some of the WODs, so feel free to come out and support.
