21 single dumbbell squats left arm

21 single arm push presses left arm

15 squats right arm

15 push presses right arm

15 squats left arm

15 push presses left arm

9 squats right arm

9 push presses right arm

9 squats left arm

9 push presses left arm

Single arm squats: hold one dumbbell on the designated shoulder and squat with it.
