Power Clean

Drill and instruction, then 12 minutes to find a 1RM power clean

Reasons (Ava) (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9 minute AMRAP:

2 burpee box step overs (55/35 each hand)

12 toes to bar

8 DB Snatches (55/35)

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Reasons (Maddie) (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

12 DB OHS (6 each arm)(55/35)

16 single arm DB push presses (8 each ARM)

9 burpees

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Reasons (Greyson) (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 minute AMRAP:

2 DB Thrusters (55/35)

3 box jumps (24/20)

14 wallballs
