10 at 83-85%

Blitz (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

3 minute AMRAP:

10 one-armed dumbbell squats (55/35 5 on right shoulder, then 5 on left)

20 double unders (40 singles, count as half reps when scoring)

Rest 2 minutes
