Squat Clean

10 minutes of squat clean technique work, then:

12 minutes to establish a 1RM squat clean

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

11 minute ladder:

100m run

2 thrusters (115/75)

100m run

4 thrusters

100m

6, etc.

As high on the thruster ladder as possible in 11 minutes.

Score is total number of thrusters completed.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

20 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
