Squat Clean

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes:

1st set: 5 reps at 75%

2nd set: 3 reps at 85%

3rd set: 1 reps at 92-95%

All reps are done in singles.

Immediately into:

Front Squat

E2MOM 4:

2 at 95% of your 1RM clean

Metcon (Time)

30 rounds for time:

1 push press (115/75)*

2 deadlifts

3 burpees

20 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

25 sit-ups

50 flutter kicks
