Power Snatch

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes:

1 power snatch at 90%

This is the last week of the cycle. We will be retesting 1-rep maxes next week!

Metcon (Time)

30 rounds:

1 box jump over (24/20)

1 burpee

1 wallball (20/14)

15 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

100m reverse sled pull (70% of bodyweight)

Stay low and keep your weight in your heels with you chest up and your knees bent
