Deadlift

E2MOM 12:

Sets 1-2: 5 at 75%

Sets 3-4: 3 at 85%

Sets 5-6: 1 at 95%

NOTE: because of the holiday, we will do our deadlift retest next Monday, but both the hang power snatch and thruster will be retested this week! The days will be a little backwards because of other exciting retests in the programming this week, but you’re all set up for some big PR’s, so let’s do this!

75 double unders (150 singles)
