E2MOM 10:

1-2) 4 thrusters at 70%

3-4) 3 thrusters at 80%

5) 2 thrusters at 85%

At the 11 minute mark:

Thruster

EMOM 3:

14 UB thrusters at 40% (up by 2 reps from last week)

NOTE: if you did not complete the sets of 12 last week, give it another shot instead of trying the 14. You might surprise yourself this week. It’s all about consistency!

3 minute AMRAP:

9 alternating DB Snatches (55/35)

9 burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Score total reps each set.
