10 minutes of power snatch/overhead squat technique

(set up, hand and foot placement, early arm bend, bar distance from the body, and other common faults, overhead bar path and heels during squat)

Power Snatch+OHS

Take 10-12 minutes to find your heaviest lift in the complex.

NOTE: “Heaviest Lift” refers to the heaviest lift you are able to perform with good technique and sound mechanics.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

4 minute AMRAP:

15 wallballs (20/14)

7 burpees

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

4 minute AMRAP:

30 wallballs (20/14)

14 burpees

NOTE: Compare to 12-26-16

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Back-to-back partner med ball passes x 20 reps each direction (30/20)

Sit back to back with your partner, pass the medball around to the left 20 times, then switch directions.

Rest 30 seconds
