Power Snatch+OHS

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

2 power snatches + 2 OHS at 70% of your 1RM power snatch

Death by thrusters (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every minute until failure:

1 thruster (95/65)

Increase by 1 rep each minute

Example:

Minute 2: 2 reps

Minute 3: 3 reps, etc

Score is total completed rounds.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

5 strict pullups (use bands if needed)

50 flutter kicks

Rest 30 seconds
