Brief discussion/demo on proper back squatting

-ditching

-properly bracing core

-stance

Then:

15 minutes to establish a new 1RM backsquat

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 sets:

1 minute max effort at each station:

1) wallballs (20/14)

2) double unders

3) rowing for calories

Rest 1 minute

NOTE: score is total reps. Please note if you did singles, and divide them in half for a more accurate score.
